Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Service Catalog items, and integrations.
- Implement REST and SOAP integrations with third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and defects.
- Gather requirements, design solutions, and provide estimates.
- Support platform upgrades and patching activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain existing software components and document development processes and code changes.
- Contribute independently as a subject matter expert and assist junior team members with guidance and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules for business needs.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to ServiceNow.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical solutions.
