Responsibilities
- Develop, code, test, debug, and enhance software components across systems and applications.
- Use Selenium and automated testing frameworks to deliver scalable and high-performing software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and manage team performance.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of development processes.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Write clear and concise documentation for software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Selenium.
- Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Java, Python, or C# programming languages.
- Ability to write clear and concise software documentation.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
