Base Salary
$200k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build Supio’s agentic platform and core full-stack customer application end to end.
- Develop agent runtime capabilities including prompt and tool architecture, skill and prompt management, and cost/performance optimization.
- Build AI-powered features for voice calling and transcription, medical and financial records extraction, and legal document drafting.
- Develop production LLM features along with evaluation, tooling, and monitoring systems for accuracy and observability at scale.
- Shape platform architecture and technical direction while operating with senior-level autonomy and ownership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated full-stack depth across React and TypeScript on the frontend and modern backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping production LLM or AI systems end to end.
- Strong product sense and experience building customer-facing products from user needs.
- Fluency using coding agents in daily development workflows.
- Startup experience, comfort with ambiguity and speed, and experience with greenfield development.
- Ability to meet in-office or hybrid expectations in Seattle or San Francisco.
- Prior experience at AI-native companies is preferred.
- Formal ML background is a nice-to-have but optional.
