Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement secure and efficient IAM solutions using Java and related technologies.
- Lead development of authentication, authorization, user provisioning, and single sign-on components.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support across the software development lifecycle.
- Stay current with IAM technologies and contribute to improving development processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Java.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, and SCIM.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and microservices architecture.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of software development best practices, agile methodologies, unit testing, and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, independent-working, and collaboration skills.
