Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical advisor and thought leader across strategic customer engagements and multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and design cloud solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions, create and present technical artifacts, and define long-term architectural strategy.
- Guide small teams or oversee larger teams through implementation and delivery.
- Provide architectural direction across internal and external projects and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Create public-facing content demonstrating technical innovation and leadership.
- Support pre-sales through proposal development, scoping, and technical estimation.
- Mentor architects and engineers across projects and practices.
- Build trust with senior stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, facilitate alignment, and handle escalations and scope disagreements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an enterprise Architect, preferably in a consulting capacity.
- Ability to communicate technical objectives and solutions clearly while cultivating professional client relationships.
- Demonstrated critical and strategic thinking across business, product, and technical challenges.
- Strong expertise in serverless development using API Gateway, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, and CloudFront.
- Hands-on experience managing AWS environments and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Advanced experience with DevOps automation, containerization, API management, and multi-cloud solutions.
- Preferred experience with migrations, CI/CD practices, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Pulumi, scripting, Kubernetes, Docker, ECS, Fargate, cloud security, networking, incident management, release management, problem management, and change management.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
