Base Salary
$86k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of one or more enterprise platforms used by Technical Solutions.
- Assess business processes and platform gaps, then design, implement, measure, and iterate on improvements.
- Build and evolve enterprise systems, integrations, automations, internal tools, and AI-powered workflows.
- Contribute targeted support tooling and in-app features to Datadog’s shared codebase in partnership with Engineering teams.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, explore systems, and automate repetitive work.
- Partner with Technical Solutions leaders to solve operational business problems and drive user adoption.
- Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize systems in production.
Requirements
- Require 3–5 years of experience with enterprise platforms and production software, including administration, extension, or integration of systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or similar.
- Require strong proficiency in Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Require the ability to work across the stack by building backend services, frontend components, APIs, and deployment pipelines.
- Require daily fluency with AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar tools.
- Require experience building AI-powered features using LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, or agent frameworks.
- Require experience designing reliable, maintainable, scalable solutions integrating multiple upstream and downstream systems.
- Require experience contributing to a large shared codebase with established engineering practices.
- Prefer a background in technical support tooling or customer-facing business systems.
- Prefer experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
