Responsibilities

  • Administer Salesforce.com environments serving approximately 2,000 users, including user accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine administrative functions.
  • Develop, configure, test, and maintain Salesforce workflows, formula fields, roll-up summary fields, assignment rules, roles, profiles, custom objects, forms, functions, and data models.
  • Define and document requirements with business users and deliver advanced Salesforce functionality and platform enhancements.
  • Configure, deploy, monitor, and maintain Salesforce Agentforce agents for business-process automation, case triage, and first-line support.
  • Use Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot, Claude, and related AI-assisted tools to improve knowledge drafting, case resolution, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify repetitive administrative processes suitable for automation or AI augmentation and recommend Salesforce AI and automation improvements.
  • Perform system audits, prepare for upgrades, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, audit, and information-security standards.
  • Provide business-as-usual support, troubleshoot complex system and data issues, and maintain existing Salesforce deployments.
  • Train associates and upskill Salesforce Administration team members on AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
  • Ensure Salesforce AI tools and the data they access remain secure and compliant.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience managing, configuring, and enhancing a large global Salesforce instance.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce or demonstrated willingness to develop that knowledge quickly, including configuring, deploying, and monitoring AI agents.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, Copilot, Claude for Salesforce, and AI-assisted administration tools.
  • Strong exposure to Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, Experience, Configuration, Analytics, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot.
  • Experience with automation, user management, reporting, declarative development, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Knowledge of security requirements such as single sign-on and data security, plus experience with Salesforce Data Loader and Workbench.
  • Working knowledge of GitHub and version-control concepts such as pull requests and developer collaboration.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer-service, organizational, and business-partner collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a virtual team, lead and work within an Agile development environment, manage competing priorities, and travel for training, meetings, and projects.
  • Platform Developer I certification is a bonus.
