Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate client business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
- Facilitate discovery, requirements-gathering, design, analysis, and client workshops.
- Design and configure application software and Oracle Utilities base systems.
- Develop and review functional designs for RICE objects, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Support interface architecture, integration development and testing, and data mapping and conversion activities.
- Perform testing, triage and resolve defects, and support deployment and post-deployment activities.
- Manage deliverables, risks, issues, assumptions, estimates, and progress within functional workstreams.
- Provide knowledge transfer, maintain project documentation, and coach junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations.
- In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions and relevant experience with Oracle MDM, C2M, or CCS.
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and Oracle Utilities implementation activities including requirements, configuration, testing, and defect resolution.
- Experience supporting business process change, Oracle Utilities software delivery, and client communications.
- Strong business analysis, process facilitation, technical writing, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with customers and stakeholders across departments and organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% and possession of a valid driver’s license.
