Base Salary
$81k - $139k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and related Salesforce technologies.
- Implement Salesforce capabilities for business processes, case management, workflows, portals, reporting, automation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Translate functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain integrations with external systems and support secure data exchange.
- Support data migration through mapping, transformation, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, profiles, sharing rules, reports, dashboards, and related platform components.
- Create technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration documentation, deployment notes, and interface specifications.
- Troubleshoot defects, production issues, integration errors, performance concerns, and configuration challenges.
- Participate in code reviews, unit and regression testing, release planning, deployment activities, and Agile ceremonies.
- Support DevOps processes including source control, package creation, deployment coordination, environment management, and code scan remediation.
- Provide technical input for user training, adoption, and long-term solution sustainment.
Requirements
- At least three years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or similar Salesforce technologies.
- At least three years of experience developing, configuring, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions in an Agile delivery environment.
- At least one year of experience with Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- An active Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II.
- A Public Trust or Active Secret clearance.
- U.S. citizenship, U.S. work authorization, U.S. residency, and the ability to have lived in the U.S. for three full years of the last five years.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce declarative configuration, REST or SOAP integrations, middleware, ETL tools, and external system integrations.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Government Cloud, or other Salesforce industry solutions.
- Preferred experience with OmniStudio components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures.
- Preferred experience supporting federal government clients, federal security and compliance processes, data migration, Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, code scanning, and release management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, organization, and prioritization skills.
