Responsibilities
- Design, document, implement, test, and deploy resilient and scalable services.
- Build and operate secure 24x7 SaaS services integrating Dynamics 365, Azure Communication Services, and Azure AI services.
- Translate business requirements into executable technical designs with Program Managers and engineering partners.
- Port and adapt commercial services for disconnected government and air-gapped environments.
- Own features end-to-end across design, implementation, testing, deployment, and live-site health.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code and safe-deployment pipelines using EV2 and Bicep.
- Integrate AI-driven automation and agents into support workflows under government compliance constraints.
- Diagnose live-site incidents and improve service monitoring, reliability, and security posture.
- Partner with security, compliance, and accreditation stakeholders to satisfy cloud controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field plus 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI access based on an SSBI with polygraph.
- Ability to satisfy required Microsoft, customer, and government security screenings and verify U.S. citizenship.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree with 3+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of software engineering principles and architecture design.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, UI frameworks, relational or NoSQL databases, React, or Fluent UI.
- Experience building and operating Azure services including Application Insights, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Blob, Azure SQL, Azure Search, and Web Apps.
- Experience with EV2, Bicep, sovereign or government cloud engineering, production AI agents or copilots, and regulated compliance or accreditation processes.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $102,100-$202,200 per year, with a separate San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range of USD $133,800-$219,200 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of five days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
