Responsibilities
- Build and secure foundational Azure cloud services and platforms.
- Integrate services with Azure partner teams, product offerings, and customer cloud infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and ensure the quality of features and engineering systems.
- Develop technical strategies for delivering new service capabilities.
- Build scalable, secure, and reliable web services running on Azure.
- Create intuitive user and developer experiences.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with partner teams to deliver cohesive Azure solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coding in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred: master’s degree and 4+ years of experience, or bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 3+ years of software engineering experience building cloud services that use SQL as a storage platform.

- U.S. base pay is listed as $102,100–$202,200 per year, with different ranges for specified locations.
- The position is open for a minimum of 5 days and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
