Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure Pega Platform applications for business process and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze application requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while optimizing application performance.
- Document application designs and configurations for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
- Work independently and develop subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- Proficiency in Pega Platform and experience designing and implementing business process management solutions.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within the Pega environment.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
