Responsibilities

  • Build and ship AI-powered internal tools for hiring, finance, and operations workflows.
  • Evaluate, integrate, and chain AI models, APIs, frameworks, agent frameworks, embedding pipelines, and AI coding tools.
  • Develop maintainable integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
  • Own deployments end to end, including building, testing, shipping, monitoring, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with non-technical teams to identify pain points and create automated solutions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated technical building experience through a CS degree, bootcamp, self-directed learning, or equivalent shipped work.
  • Experience building with modern AI tooling, including LLMs, AI coding assistants, or workflow automation.
  • Startup, entrepreneurial, founding, or internal-tool-building experience is expected.
  • Ability to move quickly, communicate clearly, and collaborate with non-technical teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
  • Experience with Make, n8n, Retool, Supabase, or similar tools is preferred.
