Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI solutions using LLMs, generative AI, prompts, and reusable workflows.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and apply data preparation best practices.
- Apply MLOps practices including monitoring, model management, feature governance, and CI/CD.
- Partner with Cloud Infrastructure teams to design secure and cost-effective AI environments.
- Fine-tune pre-trained models and develop evaluation frameworks, automated testing, and benchmarking.
- Embed ethical and responsible AI practices by identifying and mitigating bias and risk.
- Collaborate with Studios, Machine Learning Engineers, Product teams, and other multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in Python and familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar ML/AI libraries.
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning and deploying machine learning solutions end-to-end, with a focus on deep learning for computer vision.
- Experience with generative AI systems, prompting, retrieval augmented generation, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring for MLOps.
- Experience taking projects from inception to production.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with motivation to learn and share knowledge.
