Responsibilities
- Design and rapidly implement technical foundations for gameplay prototypes using agentic workflows and generative models.
- Build internal tools, scaffolding, and workflows for experimentation with complex AI pipelines.
- Integrate small- and large-scale streaming models into game environments while managing latency and consistency issues.
- Partner with designers and research scientists to resolve technical bottlenecks in early-stage, design-focused projects.
- Build compliant data-management and model-testing pipelines that support stable yet rapid game prototyping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with one or more programming languages, such as C++, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience collaborating with game designers, artists, or producers to scope and unblock features.
- Experience architecting core gameplay mechanics, custom tooling, or greenfield technical systems from scratch.
- Experience commercially shipping or publicly releasing a game through its full lifecycle, from prototype to release.
- Preferred experience training machine learning models or integrating generative AI into consumer-facing products.
- Preferred experience building high-performance web front-ends or interactive browser-based experiences.
- Preferred practical knowledge of game engines such as Unreal, Godot, Unity, or proprietary internal frameworks.
- Preferred track record of contributing to open-source projects or innovative technical experiments.
