Responsibilities

Architect and lead scalable agentic systems using LLMs for workflow automation, operational optimization, and improved user experiences.
Define the technical strategy for integrating LLMs with internal and customer-facing software systems.
Identify and prioritize cognitive automation opportunities involving information extraction, summarization, and question answering.
Own the design, implementation, deployment, and operation of critical machine learning-powered applications.
Establish engineering standards for scalable, reliable, maintainable, and observable distributed systems.
Research emerging developments in machine learning, AI agents, and distributed systems.
Collaborate with machine learning engineers, product teams, technical leaders, and senior leadership to define scope and align technical decisions.
Mentor senior engineers and technical leads and foster technical excellence.

Bachelor's, master's degree, or Ph.D. in computer science, machine learning, or a related field.
8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience focused on large-scale distributed systems.
Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying complex agentic applications using LLMs in production.
Strong expertise in Golang, with proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
Deep expertise with cloud and container frameworks such as AWS and Kubernetes.
Track record designing and building scalable, fault-tolerant, observable distributed systems and backend software for high-stakes production environments.
Expert understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and evaluation metrics.
Excellent communication, collaboration, consensus-building, and cross-functional technical leadership skills.
Interest in machine learning and natural language processing advancements and their application to business challenges at scale.
