Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with strategic enterprise customers and provide proactive architectural guidance.
- Lead trusted technical relationships with C-suite executives, enterprise architects, and other customer stakeholders.
- Own the overall technical relationship between customers and AWS.
- Develop holistic technology visions, strategies, and practical transformation plans aligned with customer business needs.
- Advise customers on AI/ML, application modernization, reliability, operational efficiency, security, cost, and performance.
- Formulate, co-author, and execute technical and sales strategies that drive AWS adoption.
- Influence AWS technology strategy internally and externally through industry events, meet-ups, and summits.
- Author customer-facing solutions, blog posts, white papers, and other technical communications.
Requirements
- Experience working in software development or Internet-related industries.
- Experience in one or more technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data, or analytics.
- Experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders or clients.
- Knowledge of at least one relevant technology domain such as compute, hardware, network, software, big data, or security.
- Experience developing technology solutions and end-to-end roadmaps supporting IT transformation toward cloud computing.
- Experience creating and delivering written and oral technical and non-technical communications.
- Preferred qualifications include distributed systems design and implementation knowledge, infrastructure/database/networking architecture experience, experience with end-user or developer communities, AWS or comparable cloud certification, and cloud migration or modernization experience.
