Base Salary
$179k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver enterprise-scale LLM-driven HR technology capabilities and agentic AI solutions.
- Design autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows that automate complex HR processes.
- Build and deploy full-stack, cloud-based applications using distributed services, APIs, databases, and container orchestration.
- Lead technical direction across Agile teams, including design standards, coding practices, operational excellence, and technical strategy.
- Define service boundaries, integration patterns, AI agent execution environments, and reusable frameworks with architects.
- Partner with product managers and security, governance, and risk teams to deliver secure and compliant AI capabilities.
- Mentor engineers, evaluate emerging technologies, reduce technical debt, and improve system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 2 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred: master’s degree, 7+ years of coding experience with multiple listed languages, and 3+ years of cloud and database experience.
- Preferred: experience with open-source frameworks, synchronous and asynchronous APIs, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks.
- Preferred: experience with RAG architecture, vector databases, embedding-based search, LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred: experience deploying secure, privacy-compliant LLM or AI agent applications at enterprise scale.
- Preferred: experience leading cross-functional engineering initiatives, establishing coding standards, using AI coding tools, and applying Spec-Driven Development.

- Full-time annual salary ranges vary by location from $179,400-$204,700 to $215,200-$245,600.
