Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver platform capabilities used by thousands of software pipelines.
- Re-architect the enterprise CI/CD platform by defining durable contracts and abstractions.
- Lead diverse technology projects and provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.
- Build regulatory compliance and controls directly into the software delivery platform.
- Establish engineering standards, coding practices, and design patterns across teams.
- Work across JVM languages, Go, Python, TypeScript, containers, Kubernetes, distributed systems, workflow engines, and AWS services.
- Use observability to identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in distributed systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred: master’s degree, 7+ years coding with more than two listed programming languages, and 3+ years with databases and cloud technologies.
- Preferred: experience with open source frameworks, frontend JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks, synchronous and asynchronous APIs, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and Git-based version control.
- Preferred: experience troubleshooting cloud environments, using AI coding tools and interactive AI tooling, mentoring engineers, leading large-scale initiatives, and enforcing coding standards and design patterns.
