Responsibilities
- Lead the technical planning, management, and delivery support of data platform and analytics projects.
- Develop customer solutions and conduct requirements, technical design, and training workshops.
- Create solution concepts and architectures that provide measurable customer value.
- Prepare proposals and support sales colleagues with winning new customers and projects.
- Build customer relationships and contribute to demanding digital transformation projects.
- Share knowledge and project experience while supporting the development of consultants.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an architect for data platforms and analytics projects.
- Several years of experience designing and building modern analytics solutions and data platforms.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and relevant platform and software-as-a-service services for data platforms and analytics.
- Experience leading agile projects and international teams.
- Experience planning and delivering presales activities, customer workshops, and training.
- Knowledge of business processes, data modeling, layered architectures, and data lake concepts.
- Knowledge integrating systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and relational databases.
- Practical experience analyzing data and applying data science methodologies.
- Extensive Power BI experience, including visualization, DAX, and data integration.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Professional German and English communication skills at minimum B2/C1 level.
- Willingness to travel depending on project requirements.
