Base Salary
$180k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end feature development for customer-facing products.
- Make product and technical decisions that shape FleetWorks’ marketplace.
- Ship new work daily while collaborating with founders, customers, and engineers.
- Learn from teammates and teach others.
- Participate in the interview process, including a live-coding interview and paid onsite work trial.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional full-time software development experience.
- Professional experience owning end-to-end feature development on customer-facing products.
- Comfort working with TypeScript across the stack or the ability to learn it quickly.
- Interest in solving complex problems involving the orchestration of thousands of agents.
- Empathy for users and colleagues.
