Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using SAP BTP Build Process Automation and unstructured document-processing tools such as Unstract.
- Establish development best practices, reusable components, documentation, and quality standards for the automation program.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected and scalable technical solutions with business analysts and process owners.
- Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and support.
- Mentor and eventually manage a team of third-party automation developers as the program expands.
- Guide technical excellence, continuous improvement, security, robustness, and compliance with IT standards.
- Collaborate with SAP, implementation partners, vendors, enterprise teams, and stakeholders across the digital transformation program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in IT and RPA development.
- Proven ability to lead projects, with mentoring or informal leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and solution architecture for automation.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Build Process Automation is critical.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or large digital transformation programs is preferred.
- Experience with Unstract, SAP Document AI, Power Automate, Power BI, or Python is advisable.
- SAP BTP Build Process Automation or another leading RPA platform certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient English communication skills at C2 level are required.
