Responsibilities
- Lead the effort to containerize the monolith application.
- Manage and execute high-priority integration projects with Robinhood's infrastructure.
- Identify and implement backend improvements to enhance performance.
- Take full responsibility for complex projects from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with teams to interpret technical requirements and influence processes.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in backend engineering.
- Strong background in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, EC2, Aurora, and DynamoDB.
- Proven ability to manage entire projects and solve complex problems.
- Strong communication skills to guide and influence stakeholders.
- Practical knowledge of project management in a fast-paced environment.
