Base Salary
$160k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate services and infrastructure for the Reliability Platform.
- Provide frameworks and tools for service health analytics and SLO management.
- Develop self-service provisioning orchestration for developers.
- Define and deliver incident management tools and processes.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Product teams on various projects.
- Embrace AI tools to enhance operational capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering.
- Proficient in Go or a similar programming language.
- Experience with AWS, security best practices, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Understanding of SLOs, error budgets, and incident response.
- Flexibility to work on diverse tasks and a willingness to automate repetitive processes.
- Curiosity about AI-assisted operations and a desire to innovate.
