Base Salary
$79k - $101k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain web-based applications, architectures, frameworks, wireframes, and mock-ups.
- Develop Java back-end services using Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Build front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and Node.js.
- Implement RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, application state management, and data services.
- Work with Redis, Elastic, and MongoDB non-relational databases and manipulate large, disparate datasets from multiple sources and formats.
- Deploy applications using OpenShift, UrbanCode Deploy, GitHub, and Jenkins.
- Refine requirements with business stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and collaborate across squads.
- Accept leadership accountability and manage work items across squads.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Multiple years of experience designing and maintaining web-based applications, architectures, and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Java and supporting Spring frameworks, non-relational databases, data services, and application state management.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, and related front-end technologies.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Hands-on deployment experience with OpenShift, UrbanCode Deploy, GitHub, and Jenkins.
- Excellent communication, business communication, collaboration, autonomy, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced experience manipulating large, disparate datasets from multiple sources and formats.
- Willingness to accept leadership accountability and manage items across squads.
