Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of customer engagements from discovery to implementation.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, guiding architectural decisions.
Design and build custom agents, integrations, and data pipelines.
Oversee large-scale content and data migrations, ensuring optimization.
Translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions.
Create feedback loops with Product, CX, and Engineering teams.
Develop methodologies and internal tooling for complex migrations.

4+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, preferably in SaaS.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python.
Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
Proven ability to deliver customer value through technical solutions.
Fluency in English and German.
