Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and build customer-facing experiences for the home-lending journey.
- Own solutions end to end, including implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop frontend and backend systems using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
- Design scalable systems, distributed services, and integrations.
- Write clean, secure, well-tested, and maintainable production code.
- Use AI-generated code, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted testing and debugging with appropriate engineering judgment.
- Participate in monitoring, observability, incident response, and ongoing production ownership.
Requirements
- Strong development experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Solid PostgreSQL expertise, including modelling, migrations, and optimisation.
- Understanding of scalable system design, distributed services, and integrations.
- Strong full-cycle engineering mindset with ownership of production systems.
- Ability to direct, review, and refine AI-generated code and apply agentic workflows.
- Experience with some of the listed technologies or equivalent tools is considered suitable.
