Base Salary
$110k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver GenAI-powered developer tooling, including prompts and IDE integrations.
- Contribute to the GenAI developer platform and its integrations.
- Implement and maintain guardrails and observability for agentic workflows.
- Partner with platform and product teams to define agentic workflows.
- Deliver self-service APIs, templates, and documentation for team-specific agents.
- Experiment with new GenAI capabilities and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineers to design solutions that fit their workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building cloud-native applications.
- 1-2 years improving developer experience through workflows or internal platforms.
- 1-2 years working with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.
- 1+ years using GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor in development.
- Experience learning new tools and asking clear questions in ambiguous situations.
- High level of empathy towards coworkers and a curiosity about their work.
- Comfort working in a fast-evolving GenAI landscape.
