Responsibilities
- Develop required software features and deliver them on time while meeting company performance and quality standards.
- Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing, documentation, and release processes.
- Write quality code for unique customer needs and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and debug software with guidance from senior team members when needed.
- Communicate with partners and clients as required.
- Mentor junior Software Engineers, deliver training, and participate in knowledge sharing.
- Build understanding of the company platform and processes and suggest improvements.
