Responsibilities

  • Design and develop LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and open-source models.
  • Build and deploy agentic AI solutions with multi-agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory management, and tool calling.
  • Develop scalable RAG pipelines using vector databases, semantic search, embeddings, vector stores, and enterprise data sources.
  • Implement autonomous workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent frameworks.
  • Design prompts, structured outputs, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks to improve AI response quality.
  • Develop and optimize machine learning models for prediction, classification, clustering, and intelligent automation.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and microservices.
  • Monitor model performance, hallucination rates, retrieval quality, and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, business stakeholders, and client departments to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Provide practical, insightful solutions while meeting commercial and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in generative AI engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI, RAG architectures, machine learning, LangChain, LangGraph, and Python.
  • Experience building production-grade generative AI applications is preferred.
  • Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) is preferred.
  • Experience with multimodal AI solutions involving text, image, or document intelligence is preferred.
  • Knowledge of RAGAS, LLM-as-a-Judge, hallucination detection, and AI governance is preferred.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and distributed AI infrastructure is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple client departments and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve complex problems with an adaptable, creative, and practical approach.
