Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable React components and Design System assets.
- Build higher-order UI components, page templates, dashboards, forms, navigation systems, and global application layouts.
- Define component APIs, standards, properties, and best practices across multiple products.
- Collaborate with UX and Product Design teams to translate designs into scalable frontend architecture.
- Review and productionize AI-generated or prototype code for maintainability, accessibility, performance, and reliability.
- Manage package publishing, versioning, release processes, and Design System distribution pipelines.
- Create technical documentation for engineers and AI-assisted development tools.
- Ensure WCAG compliance, responsive design, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and cross-browser support.
- Develop automated testing strategies including visual regression and snapshot testing.
- Drive frontend engineering best practices, mentor peers, and own technical initiatives end to end.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience developing applications with React and TypeScript.
- Strong expertise in modern frontend architecture and component-based development.
- Proven experience building, maintaining, or scaling Design Systems and component libraries.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, layout techniques, and browser rendering.
- Experience publishing reusable packages and managing versioning and release processes.
- Strong understanding of component composition and abstraction patterns.
- Experience implementing accessibility best practices, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility.
- Ability to transform prototype or AI-generated code into scalable production-quality solutions.
- Experience with UI testing methodologies including visual regression and snapshot testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with end-to-end ownership.
- Intermediate English proficiency at B1+ or higher.
- Preferred experience with Turborepo, Nx, Vite, Ant Design, Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, v0, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, consulting, or enterprise-scale product environments.
