Base Salary
$155k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build software and automation systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and create automated solutions.
- Write Python scripts and develop internal tools to streamline workflows.
- Manage diverse operational domains including equity administration and IT security.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, software engineering, or a hybrid of both.
- Strong coding ability in Python and SQL.
- Experience owning complex projects end-to-end.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate with ambiguity.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and their application in operational workflows.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and good judgment.
- Comfortable with multi-jurisdictional operational complexity.
- Fast learner willing to dive into unfamiliar domains.
