Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft Azure DevOps services.
- Implement infrastructure automation and cloud-native application deployments.
- Manage Git/GitHub version control and branching strategies.
- Use Azure Boards for sprint planning, queries, and work-item tracking.
- Develop infrastructure as code using ARM Templates and/or Terraform.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Write automation scripts using PowerShell and Python.
- Integrate monitoring, logging, and automated testing frameworks into delivery pipelines.
- Apply cloud security configurations and compliance practices within DevOps workflows.
- Collaborate across development and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology; B.E./B.Tech is preferred and M.Tech is also listed.
- Approximately 3–7 years of DevOps engineering experience, with strong focus on Azure DevOps services.
- Expertise creating, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub, branching strategies, Azure Boards, ARM Templates and/or Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, PowerShell, and Python.
- Understanding of cloud security configurations, compliance, monitoring, logging, and automated testing integration.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, time-management, and project-management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and adapt to modern DevOps tools and practices.
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Administrator certifications are considered an asset.
- Experience with organizations such as Big Four firms, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Tech Mahindra, or TCS is preferred.
