Responsibilities
- Understand client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Analyze system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Document software solutions, specifications, project status, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, engineering staff, project managers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
- Capture client clarifications, respond to customer requests, track faults, and provide usability and serviceability feedback.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications or operating-system software.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, software feasibility, and operational issues.
- Ability to design and execute software validation test cases and produce accurate technical documentation and reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineering staff, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers through email, calls, fault tracking, and other interactions.
