Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and best practices for software quality and maintainability.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support project alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and relevant design patterns.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- 15 years of full-time education.
