Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery for the organization’s most complex strategic projects, including performance and security.
- Lead Expert Services by resolving mission-critical issues and converting ambiguous needs into governed, scalable architectures.
- Govern the lifecycle of Agentic Systems and integrate platform tools with versioning and automated pipelines.
- Define CI/CD release strategies using version control and feature toggling for shared libraries and code.
- Establish architectural blueprints, acceleration standards, and strategic prompt-engineering practices across delivery teams.
- Architect large-scale AI orchestration, including tool-calling, memory, reasoning, and autonomous-agent structures.
- Lead technical discovery and sizing for pre-sales and support executive-level technical strategy sessions.
- Partner with Product and R&D to align field requirements with the platform roadmap.
- Mentor senior engineers and provide technical thought leadership across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience; the posting also specifies 8–10 years of experience.
- Mastery of Agentic Development, including agent orchestration, memory management, tool-calling, and non-deterministic governance.
- Expertise in the OutSystems Agentic Platform and associated .NET, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL stacks.
- Mastery of CI/CD lifecycles, feature toggling, and version control management for shared libraries and code.
- Proven record of leading technical teams and delivering Expert Services in high-pressure enterprise environments.
- Strategic influence, innovation, executive-level communication, and the ability to lead and mentor senior engineers.
- Required OutSystems Expert Developer and Agentic AI Specialist certifications.
