Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design software solutions based on client needs and system information.
- Develop, test, debug, maintain, and optimize software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Analyze system issues, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot problems, and recommend performance improvements.
- Support software installation, system modifications, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, and support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain current programming and engineering knowledge through continuing education, training, and certifications.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in Adobe Launch and Analytics.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software, code, test, debug, and maintain applications.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and improve software performance.
- Ability to create test cases, automate validation processes, and ensure code quality.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, diagrams, and project status information.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams.
