Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customer-facing UI features using modern front-end technologies.
- Translate product requirements, UX designs, and technical specifications into performant, scalable, maintainable UI components.
- Build and maintain micro-frontend-based implementations.
- Implement accessible UI components aligned with WCAG standards.
- Write TypeScript code and develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Integrate UI components with backend services through REST APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers on requirements and technical approaches.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, debugging, and production issue resolution.
- Contribute to build, deployment, release, and GitHub-based CI/CD workflows.
- Drive improvements in engineering practices, tooling, and team processes.
Requirements
- React.js is required.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
- Advanced React experience, including hooks and modern state management patterns.
- Experience translating design systems and UX artifacts into production-ready UI implementations.
- Experience implementing accessible components aligned with WCAG standards.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, documented code and unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, such as with Cypress.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of performance optimization and web application security best practices.
- Experience working in agile product teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and design.
- Minimum five years of experience is required; the educational information also states eight-plus years of application development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- B.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent education and experience; 15 years of full-time education is also stated.
