Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-performance ReactJS applications for search, filtering, comparison, and application workflows.
- Own development work from problem understanding through production release.
- Optimize page load speed, rendering performance, responsiveness, and frontend scalability.
- Address large datasets, dynamic UI states, and API dependencies.
- Collaborate with product teams to improve user journeys and conversion metrics.
- Drive improvements in code quality, frontend architecture, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building web applications with ReactJS.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and frontend architecture.
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux or Zustand.
- Experience with release management and GenAI tools.
- Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and frontend-backend integration.
- Experience building responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
- Familiarity with modern frontend tools such as Webpack and Vite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.
