Base Salary

$120k - $130k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement scalable software solutions using Java and related technologies.
  • Analyze business and system requirements to create effective technical solutions.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Debug, review, and maintain existing systems for performance, stability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, quality assurance professionals, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Apply code quality, version control, and continuous integration practices.
  • Optionally use AWS for cloud-based application deployment and infrastructure management.
  • Share technical knowledge with team members.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Experience with Java Struts, WebSphere, Tomcat, and Oracle.
  • Understanding of Java, object-oriented programming, Spring or Hibernate, and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in an Agile software development lifecycle environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver efficient, maintainable solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
