Responsibilities
- Develop and test software components and applications for Audible.
- Design, build, maintain, and launch scalable, maintainable, customer-centric software solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to define requirements, estimates, designs, and technical decisions.
- Apply data structures and algorithms to solve challenging problems and deliver high-quality code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Improve software quality, customer experience, and product maintainability.
- Mentor and lead developers while fostering technical understanding.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency with data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to independently clarify technical requirements, assess development estimates, and apply diverse design approaches.
- Ability to write scalable and maintainable code and collaborate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor developers.
- Problem-solving skills and a commitment to software quality and continuous improvement.
