Responsibilities
- Embed with customer-tagged FDE teams to support architecture, product shaping, and implementation.
- Translate cross-customer patterns into actionable platform hypotheses with clear success criteria.
- Set quality norms through code reviews and build developer tooling for better architecture and correctness.
- Collaborate with B2B Product and other teams to align on product capabilities.
- Lead complex platform capabilities end-to-end, making key tradeoffs and ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software or ML engineering experience with a focus on shipping new capabilities.
- Experience in high-ambiguity, fast-iteration environments is a plus.
- Proven track record of owning customer-adjacent technical work from scoping to production.
- Experience building systems with a focus on reliability, security, and governance.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
