Responsibilities
- Provide key subject matter expertise within financial crime and compliance.
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their technical and functional requirements.
- Position solutions for specific prospect requirements and articulate business benefits.
- Explain features and benefits of NICE Actimize solutions compared to competitors.
- Deliver product presentations and demos to technical and management personnel.
- Develop relationships with prospects and customers.
- Communicate customer needs with sales and product management.
- Lead Proof of Concept engagements with clients.
- Complete RFI/RFPs and ensure proactive communication with customers.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing role within financial services or enterprise software.
- Understanding of the financial crime landscape is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and communicate their value.
- Curious mindset with problem-solving skills to drive business success.
- Consultative and confident, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in gathering requirements and presenting solutions to senior audiences.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites 40%+.
