Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Advise strategic enterprise clients on technical strategy, digital transformation, and customer success.
- Design system architectures covering integrations, authentication, security, large-scale data processing, mobile use cases, and cloud services.
- Lead the technical delivery and integrity of Salesforce implementation projects.
- Build prototypes and conduct hands-on technical validation for complex requirements.
- Create development guides, frameworks, and DevOps practices to optimize development and operations.
- Troubleshoot critical technical issues and review major project deliverables for quality.
- Build Center of Excellence and DevOps organizations to support long-term Salesforce adoption.
- Collaborate with global product development teams and architects to solve complex customer challenges.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the Trailblazer community.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience in enterprise system development, CRM implementation, or IT consulting.
- Around 5 years of leadership experience as an architect, technical leader, or project leader.
- Strong knowledge of web application development, including Java-based environments, and data modeling.
- Ability to configure cloud services, verify operations, and write code or scripts hands-on.
- Proactive ownership, complex-project leadership, problem-solving ability, and exceptional customer communication and facilitation skills.
- Preferred experience with system integration, SSO, large-scale data volume, and DevOps or Agile processes.
- Preferred experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Understanding of Salesforce solutions or large-scale CRM projects is preferred.
- Business-level English communication skills and Salesforce certifications are preferred.
