Base Salary
$182k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design custom demonstrations and lead proofs of concept end-to-end for prospective greenfield customers.
- Advise AI teams on best practices from the first technical conversation through production deployment and expansion.
- Serve as the named technical partner across CoreWeave’s infrastructure, models, Weave, observability, and inference platform.
- Build hands-on solutions for customers training, deploying, and scaling AI workflows.
- Partner with Account Executives on the commercial motion and with Specialist Field Engineers for deep domain expertise.
- Represent the customer’s voice internally and help influence the product roadmap.
- Translate technical concepts for engineering and executive audiences.
Requirements
- At least four years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, AI-oriented solutions consulting, or technical field engineering.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, including modern LLM architectures.
- Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases.
- Familiarity with running AI workloads on at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to solve complex and novel technical problems with enterprise customers.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating with engineering and executive audiences.
- Preferred familiarity with cloud infrastructure for AI workloads, including GPU compute, high-performance networking, and storage.
- Preferred familiarity with PyTorch and modern LLM tools including vLLM, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Preferred experience using Slurm or Kubernetes for ML job orchestration.
- Preferred experience with hyperparameter optimization and experiment tracking tools.
- Background in ML Engineering, AI Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps is preferred.
- Prior technical pre-sales or solutions architecture experience focused on net-new logos or greenfield accounts is preferred.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA H100, NVIDIA H200, NVIDIA B200, InfiniBand networking, or parallel file systems is preferred.
