Base Salary
$144k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain technical relationships with billing, payment, ERP, accounting, and consulting partners.
- Run partner enablement through solution deep-dives, architecture reviews, demo environments, sample code, and reference implementations.
- Drive improvements to existing integrations and design embedded partnerships that surface Anrok’s tax capabilities inside partner products.
- Own the technical lifecycle of prebuilt integrations, building or partnering with Engineering to productionize them as needed.
- Enable Sales to use the partner ecosystem effectively and create repeatable internal enablement.
- Source and evaluate new partner opportunities, build business cases for connectors and integrations, and provide ecosystem-driven roadmap input to Product and Engineering.
- Travel occasionally for partner onsites and industry events.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar partner- or customer-facing technical role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration architecture.
- Experience working with technology partners, ISVs, or platform ecosystems through co-solutioning, joint architecture, or technical enablement.
- Ability to work with engineering leaders, sales teams, and account executives while owning cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong written communication skills and experience creating documentation, demos, reference architectures, and internal enablement.
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash, billing platforms, or indirect tax is preferred, with Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly, Zuora, and NetSuite listed as examples.
