Base Salary
$98k - $123k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise clients to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, technical roadmaps, and API integration strategies.
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade custom technical solutions and integrations extending Box capabilities and enabling AI workflows.
- Guide customers through implementation of Box platform capabilities, technical configurations, and content migrations.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and architectural reviews with executive, business, and engineering stakeholders.
- Use modern developer AI tools and automated workflows to improve delivery velocity, code quality, and consulting artifacts.
- Collaborate with Box Product, GTM, and Sales teams to represent customer needs and deliver end-to-end client outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of technical experience and at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a consultative role.
- At least 2 years of experience working with SaaS and cloud technologies.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
- Experience with one or more of Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET.
- Understanding of application development lifecycles, RESTful API design concepts, and scripting against APIs at scale.
- Preferred: familiarity with OAuth, SAML, OpenID, Active Directory, data analysis, data mapping, data migration, DBA, ETL, information security, iOS, and Android.
- Preferred: experience developing, testing, and deploying an application end to end.

- San Francisco and Redwood City base salary range of $98,000-$122,500 USD.
