Base Salary
$125k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own configuration, custom setup, and integration work for enterprise accounts from customer need through technical delivery.
- Join customer calls with Customer Success, gather requirements, create technical plans, and answer engineering questions.
- Track and drive technical workstreams for assigned accounts while determining how and when solutions should ship.
- Bridge Customer Success and Engineering by identifying recurring customer needs and communicating product gaps to Product.
- Build solutions that directly improve healthcare operations for large enterprise organizations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar position.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including writing clean, maintainable code and designing systems that scale across multiple accounts.
- Comfort participating in customer-facing calls and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Healthcare or healthtech experience is a bonus.
- Previous Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager experience is a bonus.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and coordinating with customer IT teams is a bonus.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products or platforms is a bonus.
- Prior experience at a Series A–C startup is a bonus.
