Base Salary
$125k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own configuration, custom setup, and integration work for enterprise accounts.
- Join customer calls to gather requirements and translate them into technical plans.
- Track and drive ongoing technical workstreams for assigned accounts.
- Bridge communication between Customer Success and Engineering to improve the platform.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering or solutions engineering.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- High agency and ability to identify and execute necessary actions independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
