Base Salary
$138k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, validate, deploy, and support complex software features and services.
- Lead implementation of moderately to highly complex functionality with attention to scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Build and maintain user interface solutions using Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF.
- Design and evolve APIs, SDKs, extensibility mechanisms, and backward-compatible JSON and XML data contracts.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, performance tuning, reliability improvements, automation, testing strategies, and developer productivity initiatives.
- Lead code reviews, mentor Software Engineers, and influence technical direction.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues while supporting ongoing system reliability and performance.
- Use and critically evaluate AI-assisted development tools for development, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 4–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
- Experience building user interfaces with Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF.
- Strong understanding of API design, service-oriented architectures, JSON contracts, performance tuning, memory management, and SQL query optimization.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, unit-test review, and test coverage.
- Strong software design, architectural thinking, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, ownership, and mentoring skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with extensible platforms, frameworks, SDKs, SaaS architectures, distributed systems, multi-tenant applications, deployment automation, DevOps practices, financial systems, EPM or CPM solutions, and Microsoft Azure or Azure certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted development tools responsibly and evaluate their output for correctness, security, performance, and architectural alignment.
