Responsibilities
- Coordinate with ML engineers, annotation engineers, and technical program managers to define infrastructure and training requirements.
- Design and maintain automated CI/CD and continuous-training pipelines for complex multimodal models.
- Implement versioning and storage strategies for large 2D and 3D datasets to support reproducibility and high-throughput access.
- Deploy and manage monitoring and observability systems for production model performance and data drift.
- Translate machine-learning requirements into scalable cloud or on-premises infrastructure.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and travel for work-related business when necessary.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience as an MLOps Engineer in applied machine learning.
- Fluency with Python, Git, and the Unix shell.
- Deep familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and workflow orchestrators such as Airflow, Prefect, or Kubeflow.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and a Git server.
- Strong mathematical background preferred for understanding the resource demands of 3D data transformations.
- Strong attention to system reliability and data security.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
